2. What data we process and why
- Visiting the website: the hosting provider stores technical data (IP address, date, time, page, browser) in server logs to run the website securely. Provider: [hosting provider, country].
- Online booking: when you book, we process your name, email, phone number, the chosen time and your message, to hold the appointment and send reminders. Booking runs on Cal.com. With the booking we store which page or ad brought you to us (e.g. "Instagram") and the page language.
- Health information: please do not write health details in the booking form. What we need to know for the treatment (e.g. pregnancy, varicose veins) we discuss in person. Such details are sensitive personal data; we note only what is necessary and keep it secure [how and where].
- Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp: we use your details to answer you. WhatsApp is run by Meta.
- Map: the map in "Getting here" loads map images from OpenStreetMap. Your IP address is sent to the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom).
- Statistics and advertising, only with your consent: Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta) measure how the website is used and which ads lead to bookings, and allow ads to be shown to visitors later. Without your consent these services are not loaded.

For transfers to the USA we rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses [verify per provider].
4. Cookies and local storage

5. Retention
We keep booking and contact data as long as needed for the appointments and legal duties (e.g. 10 years for accounting records) [verify].
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and ask for a copy. Write to hello@example.ch. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
7. Changes
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
